The question is, I would suggest, what do you want from an Estate Agent? Some we have seen look more like Apple stores! But for us what we wanted/want is a professional team who know their area, who know the people and who are very good at listening - rather than talking! Coastguards are such a set-up, each member of the team adds value to the search for your next home or the best way to sell your current house.
